At Physiocad, we value our partnerships with service providers and strive to maintain transparent and mutually beneficial relationships. This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for all partners and service providers associated with Physiocad.
This policy applies to all partners and service providers who offer services on behalf of Physiocad, including but not limited to physiotherapists, health/nursing attendants, lab technicians, dietitians, fitness trainers, and suppliers of medical equipment.
Criteria: Partners and service providers must meet our quality standards, possess relevant certifications, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Evaluation: Potential partners will undergo a thorough evaluation process, including background checks and verification of credentials.
Quality of Service: Partners must deliver services that meet or exceed the standards set by Physiocad. This includes maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and a high level of expertise.
Compliance: All services must comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Physiocad’s internal policies and procedures.
Hygiene and Safety: Partners must adhere to our hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
Regular Updates: Partners are required to provide regular updates on service delivery and any issues encountered.
Incident Reporting: Any incidents or breaches of policy must be reported to Physiocad management immediately.
Data Protection: Partners must ensure the confidentiality and security of client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Non-Disclosure: Partners are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information related to Physiocad or its clients without prior written consent.
Payment Terms: Payments will be made as per the agreed terms in the service contract. Partners must submit invoices promptly and accurately.
Dispute Resolution: Any payment disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms outlined in the service contract.
Grounds for Termination: Physiocad reserves the right to terminate partnerships for non-compliance with this policy, poor performance, or any actions that harm Physiocad’s reputation.
Notice Period: Partners will be given a notice period as specified in the service contract, except in cases of serious breaches where immediate termination may be necessary.
Policy Review: This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
Amendments: Any amendments to this policy will be communicated to all partners and service providers in a timely manner.
